At 13, my grandfather passed away. Following Vietnamese tradition, I burned incense daily for 49 days. By the end, I'd developed a chronic cough.
This was unacceptable for me: a cultural tradition should not come with side effects.
So, I spent the next 2 years to develop a solution. Meeting with leaders of the industry for advice.
After developing the formula, I partnered with farmers to grow sustainable oud for my incense.
In 2025, I received a utility patent and launched pilot sales in select pagodas across Vietnam.
Now, in 2026, we're expanding our mission to
Hong Kong and China.
